All of our irrigation systems are designed for head-to-head coverage using quality RAIN BIRD controllers, valves, and sprinklers. All of our systems have a 5-year warranty. We also repair and upgrade older sprinkler systems, start them up in the spring and winterize them in the fall.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is my new system complicated to operate? The controls we install are easily programmed and create a fully automated system. As part of the installation, we program the controls to apply the proper water for your area. But the system can be easily programmed by following the directions in the manual, that comes with your new control clock.

Will my lawn be damaged during installation? No. On residential yards we use a vibratory plow to pull in the pipe, which only leaves a small slit in the ground. That slit grows over after a week or two. We also carefully replace the sod around each sprinkler head. Areas requiring seed are replanted.

Will an automatic sprinkler system use more water than i'm currently using watering my lawn with a hose? No. In fact it will conserve water. You'll never have to worry about runoff from overwatering or wasting water when you forget to turn off the hose. And with a RAIN BIRD Water Sensor, your system will know when its raining and simply shut itself off when water is not needed.

Does having a sprinkler system really save time? Yes! You won't have to spend another minute of your valuable leisure time watering the lawn. Your new system will do all the watering for you, even when your not home!

Will an automatic sprinkler system water as well as I can water by hand? It will do a much better job because a professionally designed system will deliver exactly the right amount of water to individual lawn and garden areas.

Can I water one part of my yard more then another? Yes. Each system we install has "zones" on the clock. These zones can have seperate water times. So if your front yard gets more sunshine and drys out faster then say your shady backyard, the zone in the front yard can be adjusted to water longer then the zone in the backyard. How many zones you have on your system, varies depending on a few factors, such as your water pressure, size of yard, and layout of your landscape.

How much will a good system cost? The price of the system will vary depending upon many factors such as property size, type of landscaping and special desgins. Another factor would be your type of water supply (city water, lake intake, sand point, water pump size, etc...).
